Job summary

Bear Creek Mountain Resort is seeking a friendly grille server focused on delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will work with the team or independently to ensure orders are prepared as requested and served timely, accurately.

The ideal candidate has strong guest service, communication, and attention to detail, with reliability during peak times and a professional demeanor. Responsibilities include taking orders, using the POS, delivering meals, and maintaining clean

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
6 months experience as a server in a comparable restaurant preferred.
RAMP Certification preferred.
Availability during peak operating times, weekends, holidays and special events.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
Welcome and greet guests making all guests feel comfortable and letting them know you're there to take care of them.
Inform guests of specials and of our menu options.
Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter orders in the POS system.
Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
Maintain clean service areas and assist fellow servers as needed.
