Job summary

Bear Creek Mountain Resort is seeking a Grille Server for nights and weekends. The ideal candidate provides guest-focused service, welcomes guests, informs about specials, and makes menu recommendations to create a memorable dining experience.

The role requires reliable teamwork, good communication, ability to stand long hours, and comfort with a POS system. Prior server experience is preferred and RAMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 6 months experience as a server in a comparable restaurant preferred.
• RAMP Certification preferred.
• Availability during peak operating times, including weekends, holidays and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience.
• Welcome and greet guests and take care of their needs.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter in POS, and relay to kitchen/bar.
• Deliver orders timely and assist teammates as needed.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.
