Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Allentown West is seeking a Front Desk Agent under MCR ownership to deliver a warm, efficient arrival and departure experience for guests. You will address guest needs promptly, assist with check-in/check-out, and support events and daily hotel operations.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and maintaining clean, organized spaces while adhering to hotel standards and brand guidelines. Training is provided and a positive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred.
• Can-Do Attitude: Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to Follow Guidelines: Must understand and follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Handle Pace and Pressure: Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Listening, Conflict Resolution: Must be effective at listening and resolving concerns.
• Communication Skills: Must convey information clearly.
• Hospitality and Guest Service: Must have a desire to serve all guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and use guests' names when possible.
• Ensure check-in/out is timely and confirm room satisfaction after arrival.
• Understand and communicate room rates and promotions.
• Receive and note all incoming mail per the shift checklist.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized front desk areas.
