Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and take drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entry, offering recommendations.
• Accurately total, process and collect payments using the point-of-sale system.
• Handle money and process credit/debit cards in compliance with Loss Prevention procedures.
• Provide courteous service and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with seating, answering phones, stocking, cleanup, and documentation.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards and maintain logs.
