Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a friendly cashier/snack bar associate in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, take orders, and process payments at the point-of-sale system while maintaining a clean and welcoming area.

You’ll support food safety programs, assist with training, and help with seating, stocking, and basic duties as needed, contributing to a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service focused and solution oriented.
• Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment.
• Knowledge of math to figure cost, make change, and cash handling procedures.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and with others.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within 30 seconds and take orders with recommendations.
• Accurately total, process and collect payments using the POS system.
• Maintain professional image and adhere to grooming/uniform guidelines.
• Assist with seating, answering phones, stocking, cleaning and documentation.
• Support food safety programs and keep logs clean.
• Keep the area clean, well stocked, and safe.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and resolve issues with manager help.
