Job summary

Paradies Lagardère in Austin is seeking a friendly Cashier/Snack Bar Associate to greet guests, take orders, and handle payments with accuracy. You will support seating, stocking, and general duties to maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

We value First-Class service, adherence to food safety, and teamwork in a busy setting. A High School diploma or GED is required; ServSafe is preferred; strong English communication and math skills are essential.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED is required.
Food and Beverage experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entry.
Accurately total, process and collect payments using the POS system.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to food safety logs.
Assist with seating, answering phones, stocking, and general cleanup as needed.
Respond to guest inquiries promptly and resolve concerns with help from a supervisor.
Support other restaurant areas and help train new team members.
