Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is hiring a Barista to deliver first-class guest experiences at our Austin location. You will prepare tea, coffee, and espresso beverages while engaging with guests, following brand standards, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

The role requires energy, teamwork, and the ability to work at a fast pace in a busy setting. Prior cash handling and customer-service experience are a plus. Training will cover safety, recipes, and POS procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service-focused and solution oriented.
• Ability to work in a high energy, demanding environment.
• Effective communication in English.
• Able to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take drink/food orders promptly.
• Prepare and present beverages per recipes and standards.
• Accurately total, process, and collect payments at POS.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and adhere to safety policies.
• Support other restaurant areas as needed.
