Job summary

Paradies Lagardère in Austin, TX is seeking a friendly Cashier/Snack Bar Associate to deliver first-class service to travelers and guests.

You will handle orders, process payments, maintain a clean work area, and assist with training and stocking as needed. This role requires a High School diploma, strong customer service, English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment.
• Effective communication in English (oral and written).
• Able to work various shifts in a 7/365 team environment.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics (English).
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and take orders within 30 seconds of arrival, offering recommendations.
• Accurately total, process, and collect payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with food safety standards.
• Assist with training new team members and support other restaurant areas as needed.
• Stock, rotate products, and help with general cleanup and documentation.
