Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is hiring an Asset Protection Specialist (APS) for our RISE Dispensaries. You’ll be the welcoming face, blending hospitality with safety leadership to create a concierge-level guest experience while protecting people and assets.

You’ll greet guests, monitor entrances and perimeters, de-escalate tense situations, escort customers when needed, and collaborate with store teams to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred.
• Must pass all background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be 21 years or older and meet all state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must be compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in cannabis.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in with professionalism.
• Deter incidents and maintain calm through safety oversight.
• Escort customers and support safety, cleanliness, and compliance in store operations.
• Collaborate with store teams and train new APS staff.
