Green Thumb Industries and RISE Dispensaries are seeking an Asset Protection Specialist (APS) who is the warm, welcoming face of the store and a key part of creating an elevated, concierge-style guest experience. This role blends hospitality, customer service, and safety leadership to enhance the customer journey.

As an APS you’ll welcome guests, monitor entry points and perimeters, de-escalate situations with empathy, escort customers when needed, and collaborate with store teams to maintain

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and compliance technology.
• Security, military, or law enforcement background is a plus with guest-first service.
• Must meet the scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts incl. mornings, days, nights, weekends).
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism at check-in.
• Monitor store entry/exit and perimeters to ensure safety and compliance.
• De-escalate conflicts with empathy and clear communication.
• Escort customers as needed and support smooth guest flow.
• Report safety or compliance incidents promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with store teams and train new APS teammates.
