Green Thumb Industries (GTI) and RISE Dispensaries are seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to greet guests with warmth, provide concierge-level safety, and maintain a secure, compliant store environment. You’ll deter incidents, monitor entryways, and assist guests while staying mobile and vigilant.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer-facing experience, familiarity with POS/compliance tech, and a strong guest-first service mindset.

Qualifications

1+ year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems and compliance technology preferred.
Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus when paired with a strong guest-first service mindset.

Responsibilities

Welcoming guests and check-in with warmth and professionalism.
Deter incidents, monitor entryways, and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
De-escalate situations with empathy and clear communication.
Escort guests and monitor store operations for safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
Report and respond to safety, security, or compliance incidents promptly.
