Job summary

Green Thumb Industries and RISE Dispensaries are seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to blend hospitality, customer service, and safety leadership. You will be the warm, welcoming face of the dispensary and support a concierge-style guest experience.

Your role includes greeting visitors, managing check-in, monitoring the premises, de-escalating conflicts, and guiding guests and teammates in safety and compliance. This hands-on position keeps you moving and engaged on the floor.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have valid driver's license or state ID and be 21 years or older.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming & Check-In Experience: greet all visitors with warmth, manage check-in professionally, and provide concierge-level support.
• Safety, Security & Support: deter incidents, monitor premises, de-escalate situations, escort customers, and respond to incidents.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: share safety insights, support training of new APS teammates, and assist store operations.
