Job summary

Green Thumb Industries and RISE Dispensaries seek an Asset Protection Specialist to welcome guests, maintain safety, and support compliant operations. You will monitor entrances, deter incidents, assist guests, and collaborate with store teams to uphold the GTI standard of guest-first service across our dispensary floor.

The role requires flexibility across shifts, steady presence on the floor, and a strong commitment to hospitality while ensuring cannabis regulations are followed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred.
• Ability to work mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID required.
• Must pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Familiarity with POS systems and compliance tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in with professional efficiency.
• Maintain safety, security and guest flow across the dispensary.
• De-escalate incidents with empathy and clear communication.
• Escort customers when needed and support store operations on safety.
• Report incidents and assist with emergency procedures as required.
