Green Thumb Industries (RISE Dispensaries) seeks an Asset Protection Specialist to blend hospitality with safety leadership. You will greet guests, manage check-in, and uphold compliance while maintaining a warm, concierge-style service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus when paired with a strong commitment to guest-first, hospitality-focused service.
• Must be 21 years or older and meet all state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be able to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and positivity at check-in, ensuring efficient, compliant processing.
• Serve as a visible, approachable presence to deter incidents and maintain calm and order.
• Monitor store entry/exit and premises to ensure safety and compliance, reporting incidents promptly.
• De-escalate situations with empathy and clear communication; escort guests when needed.
• Support training and onboarding of new APS team members to model compliant behavior.
