Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to welcome guests, uphold safety, and support operations at our dispensary. You’ll be the friendly, professional face of the store, balancing hospitality with security leadership to ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming experience for every guest.

You will monitor the floor, deter incidents, assist in emergency procedures, and collaborate with team members to optimize guest flow and safety while representing GTI’s standards

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and compliance technology is advantageous.
• Security, military, or law enforcement exposure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in with professionalism while ensuring compliance.
• Provide basic concierge support and direct guests to appropriate services.
• Maintain safety, monitor premises, and deter incidents with calm, visible presence.
• Escort customers and support store operations on safety and guest flow.
• Report safety or compliance incidents promptly and assist in emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to share safety insights.
