You will engage with guests, maintain a visible security presence, and collaborate with store teams to uphold compliance and guest-first service. A strong service mindset is essential across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with warmth and directing flow at check-in.
• Manage check-in professionally while upholding compliance.
• Set the RISE Vibe from entry to exit of the dispensary.
• Provide concierge-level support by answering common questions.
• Maintain a visible, approachable security presence on the floor.
• Monitor entry, exits, and perimeters for safety and compliance.
• De-escalate situations with empathy and clear communication.
• Escort customers when needed and support safety procedures.
• Report incidents promptly and assist with emergency drills.
• Collaborate with store teams and train new APS members.
