Green Thumb Industries is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to blend hospitality with safety leadership in a dynamic dispensary setting. You will welcome guests, manage check-in, and help create a concierge-level experience while maintaining alertness to safety and compliance.

The role involves monitoring entry points, de-escalating situations, escorting visitors, and supporting emergency procedures. Strong communication and customer-service mindset are essential.

Competenze

• One year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and compliance technology preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus with guest-first service.
• Schedule flexibility to cover mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Valid driver's license or state ID and background checks required.
• Must be 21+ and meet cannabis employment requirements.

Mansioni

• Greet guests and manage check-in with warmth and professionalism.
• Set the RISE Vibe from entry and provide basic concierge support.
• Deter incidents, monitor entry/exits and perimeters for safety and compliance.
• De-escalate situations with empathy and clear communication.
• Escort guests when needed and support safety and operations.
• Report incidents promptly and assist with emergencies.
• Collaborate with store teams and train new APS colleagues.
• Other duties as assigned.
