Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Server at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico. You will be the face of our restaurant, greet guests, and ensure a welcoming, seamless dining experience for every guest.

You will apply menu knowledge, ingredients, and preparation details to recommend items, handle orders, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams. The role requires flexibility and a professional, guest‑focused approach in a vibrant resort setting.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to learn food, wine, spirits, cocktails, and menu specifications.
• Ability to operate the designated POS system.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet all applicable requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally and establish a welcoming dining experience.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all food menus, beverage offerings, daily specials, ingredients, preparation methods, and appropriate accompaniments.
• Maintain knowledge of allergens and dietary restrictions and follow established procedures when communicating allergy-related requests.
• Explain menu items clearly and confidently and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter all items correctly into the POS system.
• Deliver and present food and beverages according to established service standards.
