You will maintain menus, provide accurate wait times, and assist guests with dining recommendations. The role emphasizes guest service excellence, composure under pressure, and teamwork on a vibrant property.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain composed in high-volume guest-facing situations.
• Ability to learn reservation and restaurant-management technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly at arrival.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating using the resort platform.
• Review reservations for VIPs, special occasions, accessibility needs, and notes.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus appropriately.
• Maintain knowledge of all resort dining outlets and hours.
• Report guest concerns to the appropriate team member.
