Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests on arrival and departure.
• Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently.
• Assign rooms based on guest needs.
• Respond to guest requests by phone and in person.
• Document and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local area.
• Input guest information into computer systems.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy with a personal house bank.
• Assist with luggage storage when necessary.
• Remain calm, alert, and professional during busy periods.
• Work well with internal and external customers with tact and diplomacy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
