Job summary

Hilton Madison Monona Terrace, a Marcus Hotels & Resorts property, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team in Madison, WI. Assist with cleaning guest rooms to high standards, stock supplies, and maintain a welcoming environment for guests. Morning and weekend availability required for this full-time role.

Qualifications

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift.
Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred—but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a positive, guest‑oriented approach.

Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest rooms efficiently and thoroughly within assigned time standards.
Change bed linens, dust furniture, clean mirrors, and sanitize bathrooms and vanity areas.
Vacuum carpets and maintain cleaning equipment daily.
Restock housekeeping carts and closets with supplies as needed.
Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or lost and found items to supervisor.
Follow all safety, key control, and uniform policies.
Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments.
Maintain a professional, courteous attitude in guest areas.
