Responsibilities

• Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders; coordinate workplace services including mail and onboarding.
• Acknowledge inquiries or complaints; provide solutions with professional customer service.
• Organize and manage on-site events including setup and teardown.
• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures; notify appropriate parties.
• Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
• Explain detailed information within the team and follow manager directions.
• Apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
