Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator in Chicago to deliver world-class customer service to employees and guests in a designated building. You will be the first point of contact, manage passes, respond to inquiries, organize events, and coordinate with vendors and facilities teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to support daily workplace operations with a proactive, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and issue passes while following security protocols.
• Answer phone professionally and create presentations for groups.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities.
• Coordinate and manage workplace services including mail and onboarding.
• Acknowledge inquiries and provide professional solutions to employees and guests.
• Organize on-site events and manage setup/teardown and deliveries.
• Follow security procedures and notify appropriate parties as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
• Explain detailed information within the team and follow manager directions.
• Apply established procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
