You will be part of the Workplace Experience team, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling passes, coordinating events, and managing workplace services while adhering to security and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet entrants as the first point of contact and issue passes following security protocols.
• Answer the phone professionally and support callers with information.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors.
• Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders and coordinate workplace services.
• Acknowledge inquiries from employees and guests and offer professional solutions.
• Organize and manage on-site events, including setup, teardown, and supplies.
• Follow property security and emergency procedures and notify the right parties.
• Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
• Explain information clearly and follow manager directions to complete tasks.
