Job summary

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for visitors; greet and issue passes.
  • Answer phones professionally and assist with presentations.
  • Arrange recreation, dining, and business activities.
  • Coordinate mail, office supplies, onboarding, and workplace services.
  • Acknowledge inquiries and provide professional solutions.
  • Organize and manage on-site events and supplies.
  • Follow security and emergency procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors delivering workplace services.
  • Explain details clearly to the team and follow manager directions.
  • Apply established procedures to solve straightforward problems.
