Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and issue passes while following security protocols.
• Answer phones professionally and coordinate with teams for meetings or events.
• Arrange recreational, dining, and business activities for requesters.
• Coordinate workplace services including mail, office supplies, and onboarding.
• Respond to inquiries with professional, customer-service oriented solutions.
• Organize and manage on-site events and secure spaces as needed.
• Follow security procedures and coordinate with vendors for service delivery.
