Job summary

JLL in Franklin, TN seeks a Workplace Experience Ambassador to manage the front desk, welcome guests, oversee badging, and orient new employees. You will coordinate with service partners to deliver high-touch experiences that reflect brand standards and client expectations.

The role requires 2–3 years in hospitality or client-facing work, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. You will learn and apply AI tools to continuously improve service delivery and Workplace Experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–3 years in hospitality/customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front desk contact, greet guests, manage arrivals/departures, badge process, and provide office orientations.
• Engage with employees at reception for at least two hours daily and ensure spaces are stocked and clean to brand standards.
• Address client requests within one business day and coordinate with service teams for effective solutions.
• Build relationships with client employees, guests, and support teams through authentic engagement and service.
• Conduct routine soft services assessments to monitor SLAs and quality, escalating when needed.
• Collaborate with facilities and service teams to plan events and ensure smooth execution of workplace activities.
• Leverage AI tools and BI to drive efficiencies and continuous service improvement.
