ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Lead in Paramus, NJ to elevate guest experience and drive engagement and education on the sales floor. The role leads a team of Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, coaching them to deliver excellent service and meet store targets.

Applicants should have 2+ years in client-centric sales, be comfortable with feedback, move actively on the floor, and handle routine lifting. The position requires full-time hours including open/close shifts and weekends.

Formación

• 2+ years of client-centric sales experience.
• Receptive to feedback and eager to provide feedback.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results and excel with the team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to move around the store and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor through guest connection, product education, and coaching.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports and implement action plans to address gaps and growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and store initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Visual, and Studio leads to execute cross-functional directives.
