Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Greeter in Omaha, NE to welcome guests and provide top-notch customer service. You will assist with merchandise returns, promote in-store programs, and share information on events and promotions while maintaining a clean, safe entrance.

Ideal candidates have strong organization, communication and a proactive, self-motivated attitude in a retail environment. Part-time availability and a flexible schedule are common in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Models Bass Pro Shops brand standards and adheres to dress code.
• Checks in customers’ merchandise returns and vendor visitors.
• Provides information on events, promotions and distributes materials.
• Maintains clean, safe entryway and work area; assists with firearm check-in per SOP.
