Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Models Bass Pro Shops brand standards and dress code.
• Checks in customers’ merchandise for returns and visits from vendors.
• Informs customers of events and promotions and distributes materials.
• Keeps entryways and work areas clean and safe for guests.
• Facilitates guest check-in for firearms with designated Outfitters (do not handle firearms).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
