You will help promote CLUB Membership, In-Store Pickup, and other store events, ensuring a high level of customer service and adherence to company dress code and standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented demeanor required.
• Ability to greet customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Willingness to promote club membership, in-store pickup, and other programs.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers entering the store in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Checks in customer merchandise for returns and verifies visitor logs; manages visitor badges.
• Assists with events, promotions, and distribution of promotional materials.
• Maintains clean, safe entryway and work area; supports firearm check-in procedures per SOP.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
