Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome customers and provide prompt service at our Missouri store. You will greet guests, promote programs, and help with promotions while maintaining a clean and safe entrance area.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, initiative, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Part-time position with opportunities to support events and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and initiative when unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership (US only), VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Maintains a professional appearance per dress code and keeps work area clean and safe.
• Checks in customer merchandise for returns.
• Checks in Vendor representatives and manages visitor badges.
• Informs customers about events, sales, or promotions and distributes promotional materials.
• Assists in firearm check-in coordination with Outfitter per SOP.
• All other duties as assigned.
