Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Greeter in our Miami store to welcome guests and assist with onboarding, information, and promotions. You will help ensure a positive first impression, distribute promotional materials, and direct customers to services while maintaining a clean, safe entrance area.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, teamwork, and adherence to dress code. Part-time position with benefits and a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to adapt to new processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promote programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Model Bass Pro Shops brand standards and dress code.
• Check in returned merchandise and vendor visitors with proper logs.
• Inform customers about events, sales, and promotions and hand out materials.
• Maintain clean, safe entryway and front-end areas for customers and staff.
• Assist with guest firearm check-in coordination per SOP (Greeters do not handle firearms).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
