European Wax Center in Burlington, MA is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals. You will initiate genuine conversations, educate guests on products and services, and assist management with daily tasks.

The role involves upselling Wax Passes, processing payments, and guiding guests through bookings and app utilization. A professional appearance and flexible schedule are important in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible to perform external or internal events may be required.
• Maintain a professional appearance as defined in company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of European Wax Center services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Arrive to work timely with appropriate dress code and name tag.
• Create a memorable guest experience using scripts and EWC terminology.
• Confirm services and offer related add-ons.
• Administer check-ins/outs, processing payments, refunds, and reservations.
• Inform guests of pre-booking benefits and app usage for rebooking.
• Organize the reservation book and manage associate availability.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the center.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and restrooms.
