Job summary

European Wax Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Guest Service Associate to be the first and last impression of the guest experience. This is a sales-focused role that requires a cheerful, confident attitude and a passion for helping guests feel beautiful.

You will educate guests on the Strut 365™ program, promote Wax Passes, and help manage center flow while keeping the space clean and compliant with policies. This role supports sales goals and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or one – two years related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Sell wax passes.
• Opening and closing procedures of the center.
• Manage the flow of guests and assist with questions.
• Educate guests on European Wax Center products and promotions.
• Maintain front of the center and restock shelves.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures.
• Participate in community events and marketing activities.
