Job summary

European Wax Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Guest Service Associate. This is a sales-focused role responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving wax-pass sales while maintaining a vibrant, organized center environment.

The candidate should be comfortable educating guests on products, promotions, and services, and be punctual, well-dressed, and aligned with corporate policies. Previous customer-facing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or one–two years related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Sell wax passes at the center.
• Open and close the center procedures.
• Manage guest flow and assist with questions; maintain the Reservation Book.
• Educate guests on European Wax Center products and Strut 365; demonstrate benefits of passes.
• Keep front of center stocked and organized; replenish brochures/cards.
• Inform guests about current in-center promotions.
• Check weekly schedules and be on time in uniform with name tag.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures.
• Participate in community events and street team marketing.
• Attend Strut Sessions and Strut Bloomfire discussions.
• Create a memorable guest experience using EWC terminology and scripts.
• Maintain and exceed center and individual goals; center cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned.
