Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–2 years related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Sell wax passes to guests.
• Handle opening and closing procedures of the center.
• Manage guest flow and assist with questions; use the Reservation Book.
• Educate guests on European Wax Center's products, Strut 365, and Wax Pass benefits.
• Maintain front of center; restock shelves and brochures.
• Inform guests about current in-center promotions.
• Check weekly schedule and attendance.
• Arrive on time in proper dress code and name tag.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures.
• Participate in community events and street team marketing.
• Attend Strut Sessions; monthly minimum if not scheduled.
• Engage on Strut Bloomfire by commenting on posts.
• Create a memorable guest experience using EWC terminology and scripts.
• Maintain and exceed center and individual goals; keep center clean.
