European Wax Center in Milton, WA is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (Front Desk/Sales) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue.

The role combines customer service and sales, with opportunities to promote services, products, and promotions. Candidates should have strong sales skills, leadership, and be available evenings and weekends; the position is in-person with both full-time and part-time options and hourly pay.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
