Job summary

European Wax Center in University Place, WA is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a cheerful guest experience and drive center sales. This sales role supports guests from arrival to departure, educating them about the product portfolio and Wax Passes, while maintaining a clean, well-stocked front area.

The position emphasizes guest satisfaction, accurate scheduling, and adherence to company policies. Weekend availability and team collaboration are important to success at this location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–2 years related experience.
• Sales position; ability to educate guests on products and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Selling wax passes.
• Opening and closing procedures of the center.
• Managing the flow of guests in and out of the center and assisting with questions as needed.
• Educating guests on European Wax Center's product portfolio, Strut 365™ and demonstrating products on guests, and benefits and savings of Wax Passes and consistency with waxing.
• Maintaining the front of the center, including restocking product shelves and refilling brochure and card holders.
• Educating guests on current in-center promotions.
• Checking schedules on a weekly basis.
• Arriving to work on time wearing the dress code and name tag.
• Following all corporate policies and procedures.
• Participation in community events and street team marketing when requested.
• Participating in weekly Strut Sessions.
