Job summary

European Wax Center in Midvale, UT is seeking a Guest Service Associate to help create a memorable guest experience. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or one - two years related experience or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Sell wax passes and educate guests on products and services.
• Open and close procedures of the center per policy.
• Manage the flow of guests and answer questions as needed; track guest requests and associate availability.
• Educate guests on European Wax Center's product portfolio, Strut 365, and demonstrate products.
• Maintain the front of the center, restock shelves, and refill brochures and card holders.
• Educate guests on current in-center promotions and schedule weekly commitments.
• Arrive on time, adhere to dress code, and follow all corporate policies and procedures.
• Participate in community events and Strut Sessions when requested.
• Engage with guests to create a memorable experience and support center goals.
• Maintain center cleanliness and assist with other duties as assigned.
