Job summary

Qualifications

• Selling wax passes.
• Opening and closing procedures of the center.
• Managing the flow of guests in and out of the center and assisting with questions as needed.
• Educating guests on European Wax Center's product portfolio, Strut 365 and demonstrating products.
• Maintaining the front of the center, restocking shelves and refilling brochures and card holders.
• Educating guests on current in-center promotions.
• Checking the schedule on a weekly basis.
• Arriving to work on time wearing dress code and name tag.
• Following corporate policies and procedures.
• Participating in community events and street team marketing when requested.
• Attending weekly Strut Sessions and Strut Bloomfire contributions.
• Creating a memorable guest experience using EWC terminology and scripts.
• Maintaining and exceeding center and individual goals.
• Center cleanliness and upkeep.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
