Salary Range: $7.25 - $14.00 hourly

Position Summary

The role of a Guest Service Associate (GSA) is the first and last impression of the guest's entire experience, so it is important to always maintain a cheerful and positive attitude. A Guest Service Associate is able to work with like-minded individuals who share in their excitement and passion for Revealing Beautiful Skin. Even better, a GSA shapes the future of EWC and supports guests in feeling gorgeous, radiant, and confident in their own skin. Please note that this is a sales position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Sell wax passes.
• Open and close the center.
• Manage the flow of guests in and out of the center and assist with questions; maintain the Reservation Book regarding the guest's requests and associate availability.
• Educate all guests on European Wax Center's product portfolio, Strut 365™ and demonstrate products to guests, and explain benefits and savings of Wax Passes and consistency with waxing.
• Maintain the front of the center, including restocking product shelves and refilling brochures and card holders.
• Educate guests on current in-center promotions.
• Check schedule weekly.
• Arrive on time wearing the appropriate dress code and name tag.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures.
• Participate in community events and street team marketing when requested.
• Attend all weekly Strut Sessions; if a Strut Session falls on a day the associate is not scheduled, attend at least one per month.
• Engage in Strut Bloomfire by actively commenting on questions and posts.
• Create a memorable guest experience by using EWC terminology and tailoring scripts and standard responses while working in the location.
• Maintain and exceed center and individual goals.
• Ensure center cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or one–two years related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience also considered.
