Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide attentive hospitality, park and retrieve guest vehicles, and assist with luggage during arrival and departure. You will welcome guests, handle tickets, and communicate clearly about services and local information.

The role emphasizes a friendly demeanor, safe vehicle handling, accurate cash/ticket processing, and contributing to a positive guest experience at hotel locations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Ability to do basic arithmetic with money.
• Understanding 24-hour and military time systems.
• Understand rates applicable to time passed.
• Parallel parking experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxi information, reservations, and local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival.
• Maintain accurate ticket and vehicle information in the valet system.
• Typically complete all tasks with attention to accuracy and guest satisfaction.
