Job summary

Towne Park seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and efficiently. You will assist guests with luggage, provide bell services, and share local information to enhance their visit.

The role requires strong English communication, basic math, and a customer-first attitude; 18+ with a clean driving record and ability to pass a background/drug screen is necessary. The position may involve AM/PM shifts and outdoor work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen.
• One month related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of principles for customer and personal services.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic arithmetic; basic time/rate concepts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with car arrival and departure.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and local information.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue and track tickets and keys.
