Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Usher/Greeter/Ticket Taker to enhance guest experiences at events in Denver. You will greet guests, scan tickets, help attendees find seats, and answer questions to ensure smooth entry and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests.
• Scan guest tickets upon entry to the venue.
• Answer guest questions.
• Assist guests with locating seats and verifying entry.
• Keep the venue safe, clean and presentable.
• Resolve guest complaints or problems.
• Guide guests to exits and provide emergency instructions.
