Legends is hosting open interviews for House Usher roles at our Seattle-area venues. You will play a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience by greeting attendees, guiding them to seats, and ensuring safety and smooth operations during events.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Prior usher or service-industry experience is a plus, and compensation includes an hourly rate with overtime benefits.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic.
• Safety-minded and able to follow and enforce safety protocols.
• Previous work as an usher preferred.
• Experience in the service industry is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests in a welcoming manner.
• Direct guests to restrooms, concessions areas, and seats.
• Scan admission tickets and passes from guests for each event.
• Check in Will Call, Premium, and VIP guests.
• Pass out programs or other event-related materials.
• Answer event or facility-related questions.
• Assist security personnel with crowd control.
• Ensure guest safety throughout the show or performance.
• Maintain the cleanliness inside the theater and lobby.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the best experience for patrons and artists.
• Offer professional, engaging, and friendly service.
