You’ll use property systems and mobile devices to deliver seamless experiences and earn incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven customer service and sales skills.
• Successful background check and drug screening.
• Ability to upsell and tailor recommendations.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out using property management systems.
• Promote lodge offerings and upgrades through consultative selling.
• Engage guests to uncover needs and upsell experiences.
• Respond to guest inquiries with warmth and accuracy.
• Use mobile devices and kiosks to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Verify guest identity and process payments securely.
