Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Retail and Attractions Supervisor in Bloomington, MN. The role leads daily retail and attractions operations, coaching staff, and ensuring safety and service standards while maximizing guest satisfaction and profitability.

Your experience in retail and hospitality, plus strong organizational and communication skills, will help drive team performance and guest delight in a family resort setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year previous experience in Retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Demonstrated customer service, conflict resolution, employee engagement, retention and team building skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily retail and attractions operations ensuring safety and service standards.
• Provides coaching and recognition to pack members regularly.
• Collaborates with leadership in performance management of department and Pack Members.
• Responds to questions or guest concerns and escalates feedback appropriately.
• Manages scheduling, labor forecasting, and daily stand-up meetings.
• Monitors performance and delivers real-time feedback and coaching to attendants.
