Kj’s Market in Thomson, GA is seeking a Guest Service Leader to coach hosts, oversee training programs, and drive exceptional customer service across the store. You will develop, implement, and monitor training to improve guest experiences while partnering with store management on staffing and operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, on-the-job training, and ensuring front-end processes meet company guidelines, with a focus on friendly showmanship and efficient service.

Formación

• Strong communication and partnering skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and procedures.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Leadership experience with direct reports.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs constantly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Observe, evaluate, and coach hosts to deliver friendly, superior customer service.
• Maintain measurement plans and reports for host, financial and operational performance.
• Conduct training needs assessments and provide coaching and feedback.
• Deliver on-the-job training programs and materials.
• Drive continuous improvement of OJT through measurements.
• Manage hiring, interviewing, onboarding and training processes.
