Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold safe, high-quality food and deliver excellent guest experiences. You will train and manage the restaurant crew, monitor line operations, and assist with office tasks and scheduling.

The role emphasizes leadership development and hands-on supervision in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma, restaurant experience, and knowledge of cash handling policies and food safety requirements.

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Mansioni

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Ensure the restaurant line is clean, organized, and equipment is functioning.
• Supervise and train crew, supervise breaks and shift changes.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
